Question 1 - How many (2) computers/(3) laptops can this software be accessed from? Question 2 - Can it be accessed at the same time (after school homework)?
Would it be a matter of my children logging in and using it?

This is a local application. It means that it can be installed only on one computer at a time. If it requires online activation after purchasing, the number of computer where you can install it is one. For additional computer, you might need to buy additional licences. The software allows only one session per computer.
